Job summary

Lendable's mobile app Zable is a React Native/TypeScript frontend with a Kotlin backend. This role focuses on advancing quality engineering, building robust automated tests, and evolving AI-assisted testing practices to speed up authoring, triage, and coverage insights.

You will work with software engineers, product, and design to shape a reliable testing strategy, improve release cadence, and reduce regressions across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Maestro or Detox.
• 2–3+ years in quality engineering or test automation.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices with controls for review and trust.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills; building helpers and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile test strategy and define a pragmatic test pyramid for React Native.
• Build reliable E2E automation and integrate suites into CI/CD.
• Incorporate AI-assisted testing into the SDLC and surface coverage insights.
• Prevent defects by shifting quality left and tying tests to real customer impact.
