Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, support staff, product stakeholders, and other cross-functional team members.
• Strong knowledge of PC/LAN environments, Windows Server and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tools for data entry, analysis, documentation, and presentations.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for new features, bug fixes, integrations, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes via release notes and feature demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release notes.
• Contribute to QA process improvements, testing standards, and release readiness practices.
