As a 1099 independent contractor, you will manage a mobile caseload with the freedom to choose cases, while Suru handles intake, eligibility, and billing, allowing you to focus on patient care and outcomes.

Formación

• Active California PT or OT license.
• Local business license required.
• 1099 independent contractor status.
• Flexible scheduling and mobile visits supported by Suru platform.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PT/OT services in patients' homes across California.
• Conduct Telehealth evaluations when appropriate before starting follow-up treatment.
• Collaborate with Suru network and coordinate with patients for continuity of care.
