Job summary

Suru In-Home Physical Therapy partners with clinicians to deliver mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes. Clinicians can build a larger caseload with flexible scheduling and potentially higher-frequency visits.

As a 1099 independent contractor in California, you control your availability and treat eligible patients referred via Suru’s app, with billing handled by Suru. Onboarding requires a CA license and local business license for treating patients.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or OT license required.
• Independent contractor (1099) working model.
• Active business license in California preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile outpatient PT/OT in patients' homes.
• Use Suru app to review referrals and schedule visits.
• Continue care after discharge when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate with patients to ensure high-frequency visits.
