You will manage referrals via the Suru app, coordinate telehealth evaluations when needed, and continue care in patients’ homes while selecting cases that fit your availability. Direct deposit is delivered weekly.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT).
• Local business license required before treating patients.
• Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with Suru Network.

Responsibilities

• Work through Suru app/web app to accept eligible cases and schedule visits.
