Job summary

Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is expanding its Suru Network of mobile PT/OT clinicians in California. You will provide home-based therapy to patients, with longer visits and flexible scheduling, working as a 1099 independent contractor.

Onboarding requires an active California professional license and an appropriate business license. You can manage your caseload through the Suru app, accept eligible cases, and receive weekly direct deposit for completed visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California PT/OT license.
• Independent contractor status (1099) and ability to operate a mobile practice.
• Experience with telehealth evaluations and in-home visits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based PT/OT services via Suru network.
• Complete referrals through the Suru app and conduct telehealth evaluations.
• Submit progress notes and coordinate follow-up visits with patients.
