Job summary

LMStaffing is seeking dependable Maintenance Service Technicians to support Leasing & Maintenance Sensation (LMS). Technicians diagnose and repair maintenance issues in occupied rental homes, apartment communities, commercial properties, and vacant properties while delivering professional resident service.

This position supports LMS's transition from contract labor to an hourly employee workforce. Technicians receive assigned schedules and work orders, follow LMS service procedures, and record

Qualifications

• Two years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car for job use.
• Strong troubleshooting and resident service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC issues per training and licensing.
• Perform general maintenance and property repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks for vacancies.
• Document time, parts, and costs accurately in LMS.
• Follow dispatch routes and update residents on status.
• Drive own car to work orders and parts pickups.
