Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

You'll deliver personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and enjoy flexible hours while earning $40–$70 per hour. Training, background check coverage, and liability insurance support are provided by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Holds CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the United States with work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and appropriate swim equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
