Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. Set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with. You can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour; travel locally; InstaSwim covers you under its liability policy. Background checks are included; onboarding can begin quickly once interview is complete.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Based in the US with US work authorization; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations; assess progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring student safety.
