Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule and choose clients, earning $40-$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours.

We supply the clients and handle insurance; you provide safe, personalized instruction suitable for all ages and skill levels. Ideal for flexible, customer-focused instructors in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
