Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with convenient local travel and all necessary client matches handled by InstaSwim. Must have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization to join our flexible, high‑earning team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
