Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You control your schedule and travel locally, delivering private and small-group lessons while ensuring safety and progress for each learner.

You will earn between $40 and $70 per hour, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson. Insurance coverage is provided, onboarding can start within 24–48 hours after interview, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
