InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients in major cities across the US. Instructors teach in clients' private homes or community pools, with you setting the schedule and earning competitive pay.

Earn $40-$70 per hour per lesson, payments processed quickly (within 24 hours). We supply clients, offer liability coverage, require CPR/First Aid, and value a professional, reliable team member who can travel locally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
