Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to conduct lessons in clients' homes and community pools in your area. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the option to choose clients to work with.

We provide clients, insurance coverage, and a streamlined onboarding process. Must have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US and authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
