Job summary

InstaSwim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients private homes & community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients; get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We offer fast payment, liability coverage, and opportunities to choose your clients and travel locally. Begin after onboarding, with background checks completed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment as needed.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
