Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools, within your location and surrounding cities. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and ensure you have general liability coverage; you can choose which clients to work with and work around your availability. You must have 2+ years of swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience.
