InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and work with clients you choose.

Get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with liability coverage provided. Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain, and be based in the US with work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student's and clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
