InstaSwim is seeking professional, experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and local pools across the US. You set your schedule and earn competitive pay, often within 24 hours of each lesson.

Responsibilities include private and small-group lessons, creating personalized plans, ensuring student safety, and traveling to locations. Must have 2+ years experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
