InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule, choose your clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress, adjust lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, complete and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
