Job summary

InstaSwim seeks experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role offers high earning potential and the freedom to work locally, with support from InstaSwim and access to a liability policy. Requirements include at least 2 years of instruction, being 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), and reliable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
