InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim covers general liability via insurance and supports onboarding quickly to start teaching within 24–48 hours after interview. InstaSwim serves clients nationwide with high earning potential and flexible opportunities to choose which clients to work with based on

Qualifications

• Two years of swim instruction experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• US work authorization and based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and independence.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, complete, and safe learning experience.
