Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and travel locally, with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Compensation ranges from $40-$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
