Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson, with payments processed within 24 hours. Must be 18+, US-based, with CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and reliable transportation.

We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy. Expect quick onboarding with potential to start within 24–48 hours after interview, and opportunities for ongoing client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
