Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Jackson, Mississippi region on a full-time basis. Qualifikationen

• Board Certified NP or PA with Mississippi licensure.
• Strong clinical skills to treat, assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and excellent people skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work independently.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Jackson, MS.
• Conduct physical exams, obtain histories, and plan appropriate care.
• Communicate effectively with office staff across internal platforms.
• Deliver patient centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications.
