Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care to patients in Sebring County, FL. Clinicians visit patients at home, delivering continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

You will work under supervision of a physician, assess and treat diverse patient populations, collaborate with an in-house clinical team, and participate in quarterly staff meetings. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Florida license.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in Sebring County, FL.
• Perform examinations, histories, and care planning.
• Communicate with staff across platforms.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate orders.
• Attend medical staff meetings.
• Order tests and prescribe medications when appropriate.
