Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Charlotte, NC area. You will work under physician supervision, performing exams, updating histories, and developing care plans for diverse chronic conditions.

Required NC NP/PA certification and 1–2 years of primary care experience; hospice experience is a plus. Enjoy a flexible schedule with in-house clinical support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification and active NC NP/PA license are required.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care in home visits around Charlotte, NC.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinicians across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans; order necessary tests.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers to foster trust.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and ensure patient-centered care.
