Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care in the Tallahassee, FL region. You will perform examinations, develop care plans, and coordinate with a team to support chronically ill patients.

The role requires Florida NP/PA certification, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining compassionate patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately diagnose and treat.
• Ability to work independently with a positive demeanor.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to patients in Tallahassee, FL region.
• Perform examinations, review histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Care for a patient panel with patient-centered focus and adherence to protocols.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and participate in care discussions.
• Order tests as needed and manage medications and interventions.
