Job summary

Ennoble Care in Florida seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and palliative care to patients in Marion County and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under physician supervision, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with an in-house clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida.
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Marion County, FL.
• Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and reviewing histories to develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide patient-centered care to a defined panel of patients.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
