Job summary

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider serving patients across multiple states. We seek an experienced Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary care in the Seminole County, FL region.

You will apply medical techniques under physician supervision and care for a diverse patient panel with chronic diseases. The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and support from our in-house clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with Florida NP/PA certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and patient interaction.
• Geriatric primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care.
• Perform physical examinations and update medical histories.
• Communicate effectively with staff across platforms.
• Develop care plans and treatment recommendations.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings.
• Order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and interventions.
• Care for diverse chronic disease patients in Seminole County.
