Job summary

Ennoble Care in Seminole County, FL seeks an experienced full-time NP or PA to provide primary and palliative care to a diverse patient panel. You will work under physician supervision, applying clinical principles to patients with chronic conditions in home or community settings.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified with Florida NP/PA licensure, has strong clinical skills, and enjoys independent practice with geriatric patients. A supportive in-house team and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the State of Florida
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose
  • Positive demeanor and strong people skills
  • Ability to confidently problem solve and operate independently
  • 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Seminole County, FL
  • Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care
  • Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms
  • Provide high quality, patient centered care to a panel of patients
  • Attend quarterly medical staff meetings
  • Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
  • Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
  • Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions

Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Full-time Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to our patients in the Seminole County, FL region. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Seminole County, FL

What You'll Need

Salary Range
  • Full-time: $105,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
  • Providers are paid per visit
