Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide mobile outpatient therapy across East Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Hampden, Monson and Springfield. This full-time role offers a $5,000 bonus and opportunities to serve patients in their homes and community.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and an active PT license. Travel to patient residences is expected, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Driver's license required for travel to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support staff per licensure rules.
• Maintain adherence to treatment schedules and complete timely documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences and coordinate with the rehabilitation team.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs and adapt plans as necessary.
• Design and implement treatment plans, adjust goals with patient and caregivers.
• Ensure safety and equipment maintenance; manage supplies and reporting.
