Job summary

Getlabs, Inc. is seeking a full-time Team Leader to manage a mobile phlebotomy team across regions. You will implement Leader Standard Work, run daily check-ins, and conduct short team meetings to align priorities and safety reminders.

The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and delivering high-quality patient visits. You will travel up to 25% to support market expansion, hire and onboard new staff, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (mobile or in-home preferred).
• Active phlebotomy certification (and state license where required).
• 1+ year of lead, trainer, preceptor, or informal leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of mobile phlebotomists across regions.
• Follow a daily Leader Standard Work routine with start-of-day check-ins and end-of-day follow-ups.
• Run short team meetings to share priorities and updates.
• Track key metrics on dashboards and flag issues for leadership.
• Conduct field check-ins and quality spot-checks to ensure safety and standard work.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training, including up to 25% regional travel.
• Manage scheduling adjustments, coverage gaps, and timecard reviews.
• Handle patient and team concerns with empathy and escalation where needed.
• Share feedback from the field to help the team improve.
