Job summary

Natera, Inc. seeks a Mobile Patient Services Specialist to travel within a defined geographic area, perform blood draws, manage specimen logistics, and coordinate care with internal teams, labs, and vendor partners.

The role requires strong organization, self-direction, and the ability to navigate complex logistics with minimal supervision, while delivering patient-centered service in a mobile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years phlebotomy experience; 5+ years mobile phlebotomy experience required.
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience; managing phlebotomy operations and teams; BS/BA degree preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Phlebotomy Certification preferred, depending on state regulations.
• Financial and budgetary experience preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions against EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care and schedule blood draws within timelines.
• Document interactions, scheduling actions, and follow-ups in systems.
• Ensure CAP/CLIA compliance and regulatory standards.
