• Drive to various locations and collect specimens.
• Order specimen testing and ensure proper specimen handling.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and document in the EHR.
• Dispatch phlebotomists for daily assignments to meet turnaround times.
• Deliver specimens to the lab and rotate to other sites as directed.
• Communicate with team leaders, technicians, and managers regularly.
