Job summary

Banner Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Mobile Diagnostic Services/PSC network. The role requires 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience and a valid driver’s license, with fingerprint clearance and travel across multiple sites.

You will collect and receive specimens, log them into the LIS, prepare samples for testing, and perform assigned analyses while following all policies and safety standards. Flexibility for weekends and overtime may apply.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent may be required dependent on state regulatory requirements.
Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
Fingerprinting certification may be required; valid state driver’s license and auto coverage eligibility.
Flexibility to travel to multiple locations, including mobile phlebotomy facilities and in-office sites.

Responsibilities

Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
Enter specimens into the company’s computer system.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to the proper analytical area.
Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
Follow the Code of Conduct and all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
