Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• DHS fingerprinting certification may be required.
• Valid state driver's license and eligibility for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
• Enter specimens into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate analytic area.
• Perform pre- and post-analytical tasks and any assigned analytical testing.
