Job summary

eHealthScreenings in San Diego is seeking Health Screeners / Mobile Phlebotomists for an as‑needed PRN role. You will travel to local companies to perform health screenings for employees, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Must have morning availability, be able to lift up to 20 lbs, and hold current phlebotomy certification. Compensation is $28.00–$35.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
Current national phlebotomy certification from a Premise Health‑approved organization.
OR certificate/diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed.
OR over 100 successful fingersticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture draws within the last 6 months.
Active state‑specific phlebotomy certification required for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI).
Conduct blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture in a fast‑paced environment.
Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
Set up and break down portable blood draw/biometric station(s).
Transport supplies to and from health screening events (lifting up to 20 lbs).
Maintain logs and records for all laboratory transactions in accordance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
Must have morning availability (Monday‑Friday) for event‑based employment.
May require other duties as assigned.
