Job summary

eHealthScreenings in San Diego is seeking Health Screeners / Mobile Phlebotomists for an as‑needed PRN role. You will travel to local companies to perform health screenings for employees, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Must have morning availability, be able to lift up to 20 lbs, and hold current phlebotomy certification. Compensation is $28.00–$35.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Current national phlebotomy certification from a Premise Health‑approved organization.
• OR certificate/diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed.
• OR over 100 successful fingersticks within the last year or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture draws within the last 6 months.
• Active state‑specific phlebotomy certification required for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI).
• Conduct blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable blood draw/biometric station(s).
• Transport supplies to and from health screening events (lifting up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records for all laboratory transactions in accordance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
• Must have morning availability (Monday‑Friday) for event‑based employment.
• May require other duties as assigned.

Compensation
