Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization or equivalent.
• Active state phlebotomy certification for CA/NV/WA/LA where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing including height, weight, blood pressure, BMI.
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down mobile phlebotomy stations at events.
• Transport supplies to events and manage logistics.
• Maintain logs for laboratory transactions per regulations.
• Must have morning availability Monday–Friday for events.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
