Job summary

eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, seeks Health Screeners to join our San Diego team. These as-needed roles involve mobile biometric screenings at local companies, collecting data and blood samples with flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and a fast-paced team environment. Morning availability is required for event-based work while maintaining accurate records and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school diploma or GED required.
• Current national phlebotomy certification from Premise Health approved organization, or completed certificate/diploma with hands-on externship.
• 100 fingersticks within last year or 200 venipunctures within last six months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for CA/NV/WA/LA performers.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI).
• Complete fingerstick and/or venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable blood draw/biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to and from events (lifting up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records of laboratory transactions per regulations.
• Must have morning availability (Mon-Fri) for event-based work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently seeking Health Screeners to join our team in San Diego, CA. eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, specializes in national biometric screenings and offers mobile phlebotomist and health screener opportunities. The positions are as‑needed, flexible schedules with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement. You’ll perform screenings at local companies to collect biometric data and blood samples.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI)
• Complete fingerstick and/or venipuncture blood draws in a fast‑paced environment
• Prepare specimens for storage or additional processing

Education

• Minimum high‑school diploma or GED
• Current national certification in phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization, or
• Certificate/Diploma and transcripts from an accredited phlebotomy program with hands‑on externship completed
• Over 100 successful fingersticks within last year, or a minimum of 200 successful venipuncture draws within last six months
• Active state‑specific phlebotomy certification required for candidates performing phlebotomy in NV, CA, WA, and LA

Experience

• 1 year of health screening or phlebotomy experience preferred
