Job summary

Premise Health's eHealthScreenings division seeks Health Screeners to conduct biometric screenings at client sites in the San Francisco area. The role involves phlebotomy, fingerstick and venipuncture, and requires strong customer service and communication skills.

These are as-needed, PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. A background check and valid phlebotomy credentials are required, with morning availability on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR equivalent.
• Certificate/Diploma with hands-on externship completed or proven competency.
• Over 100 fingersticks within the last year or 200 venipuncture blood draws in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for CA, NV, WA, LA where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI).
• Blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• May transport supplies to and from health screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records for laboratory transactions per regulations.
• Must have morning availability (Mon-Fri) for event-based work.
• Other duties as assigned.
