Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current national phlebotomy certification (Premise Health approved) or accredited program with hands-on externship.
• 100 fingersticks in last year or 200 venipunctures in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV, CA, WA, LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing: height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, body fat.
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to/from health screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records of laboratory transactions per regulations.
