Premise Health Inc. is seeking Health Screeners to support biometric health screenings across the United States as mobile, event-based contributors. The role involves performing biometric tests, blood draws, and related tasks at local company sites, with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Ideal candidates bring phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current national phlebotomy certification (Premise Health approved) or accredited program with hands-on externship.
• 100 fingersticks in last year or 200 venipunctures in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV, CA, WA, LA.

Responsabilidades

• Perform biometric testing: height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, body fat.
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to/from health screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records of laboratory transactions per regulations.
