AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time phlebotomist to perform blood collection and related duties at a mobile site. The role includes night shifts and travel to Encompass Tampa locations as needed.

You will collect patient samples, prepare specimens, and document results while adhering to safety and infection control policies. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and phlebotomy training or experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training preferred.
• Basic English proficiency and good communication skills.
• Experience with lab procedures or patient specimen collection preferred.

Mansioni

• Collect blood specimens by venipuncture or capillary methods.
• Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment and processors.
• Prepare and label patient specimens for testing.
• Document results and ensure chain-of-custody requirements.
• Assist in mobile phlebotomy duties traveling to assigned sites.
