TridentCare in Denver, CO is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform pre-analytical lab services at client sites, primarily nursing facilities. You will travel routes, collect specimens, and ensure safe, timely delivery while following all policies.

Requirements include a valid state phlebotomy license (if required) and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. The role emphasizes patient interaction, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards in a mobile setting.

Competenze

• Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required)
• Must have a current, valid State Drivers license; car insurance; good driving record; a vehicle in good working condition
• Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using vacutainer and syringe techniques
• Knowledge of laboratory operations
• Maintains sterile, sanitary conditions to prevent contamination

• Drives to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed
• Unloads phlebotomy tray and collects samples at patients' bedside
• Identify patients before collecting specimens
• Collects, labels, processes and delivers specimens
• Communicates with dispatcher to report status and location
• Follows Universal Precautions and infection control procedures
• Maintains time records and shifts; manages breaks
