Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to provide clinical pre-analytical laboratory services in a mobile setting, following supervision. You will complete routes safely and on schedule, collecting specimens as ordered and ensuring proper patient identification.

The role requires venipuncture and skin puncture skills, a valid state phlebotomy license (if required), a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance and a good driving record.
• Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture using vacutainer and syringe.
• Ability to follow universal precautions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities, unload phlebotomy trays, and collect samples as directed.
• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of specimens.
• Process, transport, and deliver specimens to the designated lab in a timely manner.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and record all required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status and location; comply with safety policies.
