Job summary

CompuNet Clinical Laboratories, LLC is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist for the Bowling Green area. The role is part-time (approximately 32 hours/week) with a day shift from 4am to 11am, Monday through Friday, traveling to LTC facilities and patient homes to collect and process specimens.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus mileage. The successful candidate will perform venipunctures and capillary punctures, label specimens correctly, and maintain specimen integrity for transport to the testing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recent phlebotomy training or >=50 venipunctures (100 preferred).
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phlebotomy and processing duties per procedures.
• Label samples correctly and ensure patient identification.
• Maintain specimen integrity for transport to testing facility.
• Operate and maintain equipment including computers and printers.
• Provide training when needed.
• Work as a team and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Float to LTC facilities and patient homes as required.
