Job summary

CompuNet Clinical Laboratories, LLC seeks a part-time phlebotomist to travel to long-term care facilities and patient homes in the Circleville/Chillicothe region. You will perform venipuncture and specimen processing with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple sites. Mileage is reimbursed and the shift is early morning (4:00am–11:00am) for approximately 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience (6 months) with at least 100 successful venipunctures.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing as per procedures.
• Identify patients correctly and label specimens accurately.
• Process specimens to maintain integrity for transport to testing facility.
• Provide training support when needed.
• Operate and maintain equipment (computers, printers).
• Read, collect, and receive all laboratory tests ordered.
• Complete training when procedures change.
• Comply with safety and regulatory policies and perform duties as a team.
