ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee blood collection operations, donor care, and staff supervision at our Peoria center. The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and integrity, with responsibilities ranging from donor registration and screening to phlebotomy support and driving duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Willing to train away from home for up to two weeks
• Willing to work varied hours incl. days/evenings/weekends
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable
• Must have REAL ID and DOT certification eligibility
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR review
