Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Davenport, IA. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while providing compassionate donor care during the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ position with a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver’s license, insurability, and pre-employment screening are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintaining a stable work history.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Work as part of the Donor Services Phlebotomy team.
• Maintain compliance with all SOPs and policies.
