Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee blood collection operations, supervise staff, and ensure donor care across assigned drives or centers. The role requires performing registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy, with occasional driving duties.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills, plus a stable work history and willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks. Flexible schedule incl. weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience is required.
• Strong leadership abilities are essential.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintaining professionalism.
• Stable work history and ability to follow SOPs.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Willingness to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Ability to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care.
• Supervise staff for the assigned blood drive or collection center.
• Perform all donation process steps: donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy.
• Drive fleet vehicles as needed.
